All deliverables remain the sole property of Avant Garde Web until full payment has been received and cleared.

Payment is due per invoice terms; if unstated, within 14 calendar days. Late payments may incur statutory interest and a fixed admin fee.

Non‑payment may lead to suspension/withholding of transfer until settled, and reinstatement may require full payment plus fees.
