The terms page does not need to be loud, but it should still feel properly branded, readable and commercially clear.
2. Payment terms
Payment is due in line with the invoice. Where no separate term is stated, payment is expected within 14 calendar days.
3. Non-payment
Non-payment may lead to suspension of services, withholding of transfer, or a pause in support until the account is settled.
4. Reinstatement
Where services have been suspended, reinstatement may require settlement of outstanding balances and any reasonable reactivation costs.
5. Scope and support
Work is delivered according to the agreed scope, quoted plan or documented correspondence. Anything beyond that is handled by agreement.
6. Sensible clarification
If anything is unclear, ask before work begins. The goal is straightforward commercial clarity rather than avoidable friction later.
