Avant Garde Web – Terms and Conditions

1. Ownership of Work

All products, services, website content, source code, designs, videos, graphics, or any other deliverables created or provided by Avant Garde Web remain the sole property of Avant Garde Web until full payment has been received and cleared.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is due strictly according to the invoice date and terms specified therein.

• If no payment terms are stated, payment is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date.

• Late payments will incur a statutory interest charge at a rate of 8% per annum above the European Central Bank base rate, calculated daily, plus a fixed administrative fee of €40 by applicable law.

3. Non-Payment Consequences

• In the event of non-payment or partial payment, Avant Garde Web reserves the right to:

  • Immediately suspend, restrict, or remove access to any website, hosting service, domain registration, or related service provided.

  • Withhold transfer of ownership, credentials, source files, designs, or content until all outstanding amounts are settled in full.

  • Charge for additional administrative, recovery, and legal costs incurred while pursuing overdue balances.

4. Domain and Hosting Services

• Failure to pay for hosting, domain renewals, or any related services by the due date may result in cancellation, suspension, or permanent loss of domain names or hosting services. Avant Garde Web accepts no liability for any losses or damages resulting from such non-payment.

5. Reinstatement

• Services suspended due to non-payment can be reinstated at Avant Garde Web’s discretion, subject to:

  • Full settlement of outstanding invoices.

  • Payment of any applicable reconnection or administration fees.

6. Agreement Acceptance

• Engagement with Avant Garde Web, including payment of any deposit or acceptance of services, constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
